My Approach
I offer an integrative, evidence-based approach to healing that supports clients in addressing the root causes of emotional distress, trauma, and addictive behaviors. One of the primary modalities I use is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which gently helps uncover and resolve how past experiences continue to live in the mind and body. Rather than focusing solely on symptom management, this work supports nervous system regulation, deeper insight, and lasting change.
Alongside EMDR, I incorporate somatic approaches, transpersonal therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, yoga, energy work, and mindfulness practices, tailoring each session to the unique needs of the individual.
I am especially passionate about working with people who have participated in 12-step or other self-help programs and discover that additional professional support is needed to heal unresolved pain from the past in order to make room for a brighter, more purpose driven tomorrow.
I believe in a holistic approach to mental health and recovery—one that honors the mind, body, and spirit—and emphasizes self-compassion, awareness, and inner wisdom.
