I am dedicated to providing compassionate counseling & individual healing services to individuals who want to move beyond their struggle with mental health, trauma, and addictive behaviors through self knowledge, love and purpsoe. My goal is to empower my clients to improve the quality of their lives by moving beyond the underlying issues that contribute to unhealthy behaviors or addictions with self compassion, humor, alchemy, and trust. I gently collaborate with my client's to utilize their own wisdom to address past issues so they can achieve their personal and professional goals, and to increase their sense of purpose and belonging.

I use a variety of Evidence-Based techniques, including Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, cognitive-behavioral therapy, yoga, and mindfulness practices to help clients heal from trauma, mental health issues, and addiction. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health & recovery, addressing the mind, body, and Spirit. Sessions are curren

I believe in a holistic approach to mental health & recovery, addressing the mind, body, and Spirit. Sessions are currently conduced via zoom and in person on Fridays in Cottonwood, AZ. I accept the following insurance plans in Arizona: Aetna, Oscar Health, United Healthcare, Oxford, and Cigna. All of my billing is administered through Headway. I also accept self pay on a sliding scale of $100-$129 per hour .
